What we collect and why
This site collects very little. Here is what it gathers, who handles it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are
This site is run by Renri Solutions. Questions about this policy go to hello@renrisolutions.com.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, email address, and project details, and your company if you choose to share it. When you send it, the site passes your message to us by email through our email provider, Resend. The website itself does not store it.
We use what you send to reply and to talk about your project. We do not sell it or use it for marketing. Enquiries stay in our inbox while we need them for that, and then we delete them.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser, and the page requested. It uses them to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may keep them in short-lived logs.
If the form shows a security check, that is Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps keep spam out. Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside your country.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare's analytics to see overall traffic, such as the number of visits and which pages are read. We look at totals, not individuals. It does not use cookies or follow you across other sites, and we run no advertising trackers.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no cookies of its own, though Cloudflare may set a security cookie to protect it from abuse. Your browser keeps one small note so the logo intro plays only once, and it clears when you close the tab. The concept demos run in your browser, and nothing you enter in them reaches us.
Deleting your data
Email hello@renrisolutions.com from the address you used and ask us to delete what we hold. We will remove it and confirm by email. You can ask for a copy or a correction the same way.
Cloudflare and Resend keep their own records for a limited time under their policies, linked above.
Chat assistant
The preset questions in the Renri ChatBot are answered in your browser. Questions you type are sent, with the recent conversation, to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. We do not store them, and the conversation clears from your browser when you close the tab. Please do not share sensitive or personal information in the chat.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
