Outcomes

What changes

  • One version of the numbers

Sales, finance, and operations work from the same definitions, so meetings stop opening with an argument over whose spreadsheet is right.

  • Reporting stops eating the week

Exports, copy and paste, and monthly spreadsheet rebuilds move into a refresh that runs on its own.

  • Questions get quick answers

What sold, what it cost, and what changed sit on a page anyone can open.

  • Your team can run it

People can read the reports, question them, and change them without calling us.

Deliverables

What you get

  • BI strategy and a prioritised roadmap
  • Data audit: sources, quality, and gaps
  • KPI definitions with a named owner each
  • Data model and documented pipelines
  • Dashboards and scheduled reports
  • Access rules and refresh checks
  • Training sessions on your own data
  • Written guides and a full handover

Process

How it runs

  1. Audit

We map your data sources, test their quality, and talk to the people who use the numbers.

  2. Define

Together we agree the questions that matter, the KPIs that answer them, and who owns each one.

  3. Build

We model the data, set up the pipelines, and build dashboards in short rounds you review with real figures.

  4. Train

Your team learns to read and change the reports, then we hand over everything with the documentation.

Questions

Worth asking

Which BI tools do you work with?

We start with what suits your business. That may be a tool you already pay for, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. If you have none, we compare the options against your data, budget, and team, then explain what we would choose and why.

Our data is a mess. Is it too early for this?

No. Messy data is a normal place to start. The audit shows what you can trust now, what needs fixing, and what is worth fixing first, so useful reports can begin on the sound parts while the rest is cleaned up.

Can you advise without building anything?

Yes. The audit, KPI definitions, and roadmap stand on their own as consultancy. Your own team or another supplier can build from them, and we can review that work as it goes.

What happens after the dashboards go live?

Your team takes over. Models, pipelines, and reports are documented, and training covers everyday changes such as adding a measure or a filter. If you would rather have ongoing support, we can agree that separately.
