Integration & automation

We connect the tools you already pay for, so a record entered once reaches everywhere it needs to go and the copying between them stops.

A working concept

Use it the way a visitor would. It runs in your browser on sample data, and nothing you enter leaves the page.

Invoice to paid

Starts when a quote is signed.

Test failure at Send invoice. The second retry works.

Press Run to send a sample record down this line. Each step appears here as it happens.

Select a stop on the map to see its field map, its owner, and what happens when it fails.

    Outcomes

    What changes

    • Enter it once

A new customer, order, or invoice is typed one time and reaches every tool that needs it.

    • The copying stops

Exports, re-keying, and reminder emails run on their own, so people get that time back for work that needs them.

    • Steps stop slipping

The same things happen in the same order every time, and nothing relies on someone remembering.

    • Failures get noticed

A failed step retries, then tells a named person. Records do not quietly disappear.

    Deliverables

    What you get

    • A map of your tools and how data moves between them
    • A ranked list of what to automate first
    • Connections between your tools, built on their APIs and webhooks
    • Field mapping and a one-off clean-up of matching records
    • Automated workflows, with approval steps where you want them
    • Retries, error alerts, and a log of every run
    • Test runs on sample records before go-live
    • A written runbook and a full handover

    Process

    How it runs

    1. Map

We sit with the people doing the work and trace every step, tool, and handoff.

    2. Choose

Together we pick the process that costs you most, and agree what it should do when something goes wrong.

    3. Connect

We build one flow at a time, test it on sample records, and run it beside your current process before switching over.

    4. Hand over

Your team gets the logs, the alerts, and the runbook, and learns how to pause or change a flow.

    Questions

    Worth asking

    Which tools can you connect?

Most business software with an API or webhooks, including CRMs, accounting, e-commerce, support desks, and spreadsheets. If a tool has neither, we look at scheduled exports or file drops, and we tell you what that limits.

Do we need custom code, or will a no-code tool do?

It depends on the work. Tools such as Zapier or Make are often enough for simple flows. We write code when the volume, the logic, or the sensitivity of the data calls for it, and we explain the running costs of each option first.

What happens when a connected tool goes down?

The flow retries, then holds the record and alerts a named person. Once the tool is back, held records can be run again, so nothing has to be typed in twice.

Will automation take decisions out of our hands?

Only the ones you choose. A flow can stop and wait for a person, for example before an invoice goes out. You can keep that check for good or remove it once you trust the flow.
